Amazing Adelaide photoshoot destination

On the hunt for the ideal photoshoot location, a quick Google search for “origami mural Adelaide” brought up this stunning artwork painted by the incredibly talented Ella Simpson from Ink and Ruby Studios in Adelaide.

Without a doubt it was perfect for us, suiting our Gemini Collective colour scheme perfectly, and so bright and eye-catching!

Painted on the side of The Vietnamese Laundry Street Food and Bar, 152 Sturt St Adelaide (best Roast Pork btw!), this large scale mural became the integral backdrop for our first cast meet and photoshoot.

There were so many different angles, interesting close-up pockets of colour and contrasting black lines of the cranes, we have an extensive collection of photos now to use for our season of A Thousand Cranes.

Much thanks to Alannah James from Little Darling Films https://www.littledarlingfilms.com.au for her photography skills and of course Ella Simpson for the artwork existing .

Love & Chookas,

Sarah and Anthony xxx
